Maxwell 600L Powerful Vacuum Disperser, combined with a matching press machine, forms a complete integrated production line for mass production of high-viscosity materials like sealants, adhesives and silicone sealants. The disperser has aworking volume of 600L (actual material processing volume) for stable production, and a design volume of 750L to prevent overflow and ensure safe mixing, dispersing and degassing. Its high-performance vacuum system effectively removes bubbles, guaranteeing bubble-free, high-quality final products.

We offer full customization to meet diverse needs: adjust volume parameters, modify guide rail length, match different filling machines, or customize material, power and control systems. Our professional R&D team provides tailored solutions.

The set is connected by an extended guide rail, integrating the disperser and press machine front to rear for seamless workflow. After processing, the mixing barrel (with materials) can be directly pushed to the press machine along the rail, saving labor and avoiding material waste/contamination.

The press machine’s discharge port can connect directly to Cartridge filling machines or flexible bag filling machines, forming a full automated line from processing to filling, suitable for various high-viscosity products. 

It boasts stable performance with high-power motors and precise transmission, uniform mixing for high-viscosity materials, and a reliable hydraulic press system. User-friendly with intuitive controls, detachable barrels and smooth rails for easy cleaning.
