The whole machine has a reasonable design, compact structure, high work efficiency, stable and reliable operation, simple and convenient operation, Mainly applicable to different material and specifications of cap. lt has more advantageous for duckbeak cover (pump head, nozzle,etc) suitable for anti-theft caps, child caps,press-fit caps,etc. With constant torque capping head, the pressure can beadjusted easily. lt can be easily linked with other equipment into a line. Dust cover is optional.

The automatic capping machine is improved by referring to international advanced models, with fast capping speed, high pass rate and easy operation. It can be applied to different bottle shaped screw caps in food, pharmaceutical, daily chemical, pesticide, cosmetics and other industries. Four speed regulating motors are used for cap, bottle clamping, transmission, capping, the machine has a high degree of automation, good stability, easy adjustment, no spare parts when replacing the bottle or cap, only need to be adjusted to complete (such as with the cap machine, can be automatically capped) can be selected according to actual needs.
