Fully Automatic RTV Sealant Tube Filling and Sealing Machine

Integrated processes: tube feeding, positioning, direction correction, high-viscosity filling, sealing preparation, heat-press sealing, tail trimming, and automatic output.

After filling, internal heating softens the tube wall with hot air, while external heating clamps and heat-seals the tail. Dual heating ensures strong, reliable sealing.

Automatic tail trimming follows, then finished products are discharged. Fully automated from feeding to output, delivering neat, well-sealed finished products.
