Single-Operator Tank Change
Even a 500L fully loaded tank (up to 1000 kg) can be pushed onto the guide rails by one person. The rails act as a physical guidance system, eliminating the need for repeated back-and-forth adjustments. Simply roll the tank onto the rails and push it to the end – it locks automatically into the exact mixing position.
Prevents Costly Collisions
The rails are factory-calibrated to align perfectly with the mixing head. This ensures that the tank flange never strikes the expensive planetary paddles or dispersing discs, protecting your precision components from accidental damage.
Zero-Wait Batch Changeover
Use multiple movable tanks: while one tank is mixing on the rails, another can be pre-mixed or cleaned offline. When mixing is complete, roll the first tank off and immediately roll the next tank onto the rails – continuous production without mixer downtime.
Stable on Uneven Floors
The guide rails are bolted to the floor (or fixed with heavy-duty plates), providing a perfectly level path regardless of factory floor conditions. The tank rolls smoothly without drifting or tipping.

Technological process
Double planetary vacuum power mixer is equipped with low-speed mixing parts and high-speed dispersion parts, low-speed mixing parts are driven by planetary gear, mixing paddle in the revolution also rotation, so that the material up and down and around the movement, so as to achieve the ideal mixing effect in a short time. The high-speed dispersion parts orbit together with the planetary frame, and at the same time, the high-speed rotation makes the material subject to strong shear and dispersion mixing, and the effect is several times that of the ordinary mixer. The dispersion parts are divided into single dispersion shaft and double dispersion shaft, which can be selected by customers according to their needs. Two double-frame agitators rotate and rotate at the same time in the barrel body, which can realize vacuuming, heating, cooling, and speed adjustment according to the situation, and can be operated with multiple mixing barrels. Matching press makes discharging more convenient.
How it works
During the working process of the double planetary vacuum power mixer, two parallel mixing paddles operate according to the fixed rotation ratio set, and rotate rapidly while rotating along the mixing drum. At the same time, the rotating scraper inside the mixing drum rotates synchronously with the revolution, so that the material moves from the inner wall of the mixing drum to the mixing paddle. The running direction of the mixer and the revolution can be the same direction or the reverse direction. Achieve different cutting purposes. The other two high-speed dispersion gear plates of the separate power unit also run along the stirring barrel with the revolution to disperse and emulsify. The high-speed dispersion gear plate is variable frequency speed regulation, and the speed can be set according to the production process. This kind of movement can make the material in a short time to achieve a completely uniform emulsion mixing effect, especially suitable for solid phase, solid liquid phase, liquid phase dispersion, mixing.
