Installing a heavy-load guide rail (barrel slide rail) at the bottom of a large planetary mixer mainly solves six major pain points: heavy barrel displacement, alignment, barrel replacement, discharge, maintenance, and safety. Dual-Barrel Alternate Production: While barrel A is mixing, barrel B can be pre-loaded, discharged, and cleaned on the guide rail, enabling barrel replacement without stopping the machine and improving the production capacity of the entire production line.
It can be connected to extruders, filling machines, and feeding machines to achieve automatic connected production.

4. More Convenient Discharge, Machine Cleaning and Maintenance

Convenient Discharge: After mixing, the barrel can be directly pulled out from under the main machine along the guide rail to connect with pressing and filling, without moving the entire machine.
Friendly Cleaning and Maintenance: After the barrel is moved out, the bottom of the main machine, paddles, and sealed dead corners are fully exposed, facilitating cleaning, inspection, paddle replacement, and maintenance.
The ground is clean and easy to clean, and spilled materials will not accumulate in the dead corners of the equipment base.

The guide rail distributes the heavy load pressure of the entire machine, ensuring that the main machine body does not shift, the foundation is evenly stressed, and the horizontal accuracy of the equipment does not deviate after long-term use.

Equipped with mechanical limit and locking structure, the barrel is locked by the guide rail during operation, preventing it from being pushed open or displaced by torque and eliminating safety accidents.
