The Vacuum Emulsifying Mixer is made of high-quality stainless steel (316L) with mirror polishing, meeting GMP standards. It features an advanced automatic control system with imported electrical components like Siemens and Schneider.
The heating of the materials is realized through the electric heating pipe heating the heat-conducting medium in the pot mezzanine, and the heating temperature can be arbitrarily set and automatically controlled.
Vacuum emulsifying mixer machine consist of Main emulsifying tank, Vacuum system, Fixed type vacuum system, Mixing system, Homogenizer system and Heating/Cooling system. All those functions work together to produce batches of good cosmetics/chemical/food products.
The cover of the pot is of automatic lifting type, the materials in the water and oil pots can directly enter the emulsifying pot under vacuum through the conveying pipeline, the discharging mode is the emulsifying pot turning type and the bottom valve discharging type, etc.
