Product Introduce

The high-pressure homogenizer,  also known as "high-pressure fluid nano homogenizer", can make the material in suspension state flow through the container with special internal structure  (high-pressure homogenization chamber)  at high speed under the action of ultra-high pressure (up to 60000psi), so as to make the material undergo a series of changes in physical, chemical and structural quality, and finally achieve the effect of homogenization.

Machine Details

1. Hydraulic end:

(1) Main pump body: three-way type, the gland adopts radial self-aligning seal, which is durable and free of leakage. 

(2) Plunger: special alloy plunger, durable, safe and easy to disassemble. Square plunger seal assembly, code x4310. (the pump body does not need to be unloaded to replace the seal) Check valve: durable and reliable, ensuring flow ≥ rated flow value. 

(3) Homogenization valve: three piece flat valve (high pressure valve core, seat and collision ring) is installed at the first stage of high pressure, and two piece flat valve is installed at the second stage of low pressure.

2. Power end:

(1) Drive: two-stage variable speed; The primary belt pulley and the secondary curved arm gear are symmetrically driven; Special alloy bearing bush, bilateral rolling bearing, horizontal stability, low noise, and the average mechanical efficiency is increased by about 10%. 

(2) Lubrication: splash automatic lubrication and forced lubrication by oil pump, safe and reliable.
