Product Introduce

This semi-automatic cartridge filling machine is widely used for filling silicone sealant,PU sealant, MS sealant, adhesive, butyl sealant etc.  When customer use this filling machine, the process of chemical products filling are by manual, but the plunger conveying and capping are automatically.  This filling machine has built-in measuring cylinder, with the advantages of adjusting easily and precise measuring.

Machine Details

1. Pressed Head: Air cylinder pressed the sealant from filling head into plastic cartridge

2. Cap Loading Automatically: The Vibrating Tray is automatically covered.

Cap feeding cage with vibrating pate is connected to a pipe that carries the cap ,They automatically arranges the cap and deliver the cap.

In this way, reducing the manual contact with the tube process, and ensuring tube hygiene,At the same time, labor costs are reduced

3. Filling Head: This machine adopts servo motor to drive filling to ensure accurate filling.

Manually cover the filling head with a tube.  the internal program controls the filling head to move down and start filling, and automatically stops when the preset filling amount is reached.

The hydraulic discharge method ensures the discharge efficiency and stability of high-viscosity materials, and the discharge is fast and easy to maintain.
