Product Introduce

This full automatic sausage filling machine is widely used for filling silicone sealant, polyurethane sealant, MS sealant, adhesive and other paste materials. This filling machine is horizontal structure has features of moving easily, adopting advanced pneumatic and photoelectric monitoring as well as PLC intelligent control. This filling machine includes four closely linked processes of flexible package tube making, PLC precision controlled, double end sealing forming and automatic cutting.

This filling machine has advantages of accurate filling weight, consistent batches, replacing previous segmented processes of tube making-filling-clipping, avoiding problems of cooperation between different working procedures. This filling machine keep product quality stable, improve production efficiency, with excellent filling and sealing performance, also save cost during production for sealant or adhesive manufacturers.

Product Description

1. Pressed Head: Air cylinder pressed the sealant from filling head into plastic cartridge.

2. Vibrating Tray: The vibration disc is automatically covered, without pipe and no cap.

3. Filling Head: The hydraulic discharge method ensures the discharge efficiency and stability of high-viscosity materials, and the discharge is fast and easy to maintain.

4. Lid Vibrating Tunnel: Sorting out bottom lids from vibrating tray, through the tunnel one by one.
