Unlike standard flat-plate designs that leak and waste material on corrugated barrels, our presser features a contour-adaptive follower plate with flexible sealing skirts that conform to the inner-wall indentations created by the external horizontal ridges. This ensures zero bypass leakage, chatter-free vertical descent, and an outstanding >98.5% material evacuation rate—maximizing yield from every single drum, whether new or reconditioned.

The semi-automatic filling station delivers precise, repeatable fills from 5kg to 15kg with ±0.5–1% accuracy, featuring an anti-drip nozzle and tool-free cleanup. Built with stainless steel and corrosion-resistant components, the system handles NLGI #0 to #3 greases, sealants, and pastes with ease. Pneumatic operation (explosion-proof optional) ensures safety, while the intuitive foot-pedal control balances productivity with operator convenience—ideal for lubricant, automotive, and chemical packaging lines.
