Features
Working Process
1. Automatic Cartridge Feeding: Dual-cartridge tubes are automatically fed by conveyor belt /vibration bowl and precisely positioned into the turntable stations.
2. A/B Component Filling: The dual-channel metering system fills components A and B into the corresponding chambers of the dual-cartridge tubes according to the set ratio.
3. Automatic Piston Pressing: Pistons are pressed into the cartridges to seal the chambers and prevent adhesive leakage.
4. (Optional) Capping Process: An automatic capping mechanism can be added to install caps on the cartridge heads.
5. Servo control system(Optional) Capping Process: A manipulator /conveyor belt transports the filled finished products to the receiving area.
