The 400L Stainless Steel Triple-Shaft Vacuum Disperser is a heavy-duty industrial mixing system engineered for high-viscosity materials. Built with 304/316L stainless steel contact parts, this vacuum disperser integrates dual high-speed dispersing shafts and a low-speed scraper agitator into one triple-shaft configuration. Equipped with hydraulic lifting for effortless vessel loading and cleaning, and variable frequency drive (VFD) for stepless speed regulation (0-1400 rpm), the unit operates under vacuum up to -0.098 MPa to eliminate bubbles and prevent solvent evaporation. Ideal for paints, adhesives, lithium battery slurry, cosmetics, and inks.
