Three-axis dispersing mixer is a product with strong dispersing and mixing function. The commonly used mixer is two high-speed dispersing shafts, with anchor-type scraper mixing, strong shear effect and high mixing efficiency; the product has good adaptability to medium and high viscosity and thixotropic materials; a medium-speed mixer can be used instead of two high-speed dispersing shafts, such as spiral, paddle, double-winged frame, triple-winged frame, etc. The mixing form can be designed according to the characteristics of materials and production process. Working principle
The mixer is driven by the motor to rotate in a fixed direction; in the process of rotation, the material is driven to rotate in the axial and radial directions. The material has both axial and circumferential motion in the mixer, so it can be mixed in various forms such as shear mixing and diffusion mixing at the same time. There is a scraper installed on the mixing paddle, which can scrape the barrel wall. With the rotation of the stirrer, the scraper will scrape the material on the barrel wall completely, so that there is no lingering material on the barrel wall, while improving the mixing effect.
The high-speed dispersing disk rotates at a high speed, which makes the material flow in a ring shape, generates a strong vortex, and spirals down to the bottom of the vortex. Strong shear impact and friction are generated between particles to realize rapid dispersion and dissolution. The dispersing disk produces better radial effect through circular motion, accelerates material circulation and improves dispersing efficiency.
Hydraulic lifting mixer drives the hydraulic plunger lifting by hydraulic pump, driving the whole transmission mechanism and working group lifting.

High mixing efficiency and wide application
The three-axis dispersing mixer consists of a wall-scraping agitator and two sets of high (medium) speed dispersing disks. Three groups of agitators work simultaneously to mix and shear materials under strong force to achieve rapid mixing; there are various types of agitators, which can be customized according to different viscosity and specific gravity of materials to get the best mixing efficiency.
Convenient and safe for operation
The equipment adopts hydraulic cylinder as the lifting and lowering actuator, and controls the lifting, stopping and lowering of the working head through the control valve, which is easy to operate and highly stable. The mixing paddle is fixed on the main shaft with fixed bolts, which is easy to disassemble and replace and easy to clean. Adopting different clamping methods (belt, hand crank, pneumatic), the mixing drum can be fixed quickly to prevent the drum from moving during the working process causing safety accidents.
No residue on the wall and clean discharging
A scraper is mounted on the agitator for closely scraping the barrel wall. The barrel wall is finely machined by a vertical lathe and then polished by an automatic polishing machine to ensure that the movable scraper can completely scrape off the material on the barrel wall when rotating, so that there is no residual material on the barrel wall and the mixing effect is improved.
More customization options
Different options such as explosion-proof type, vacuum type, heating type, intelligent type with PLC control, etc. are available, and the material can be customized as SS316L or special coating material upon request.
