Laboratory High Viscosity Planetary Mixer

Our factory bought a vacuum planetary mixer, but I don't know how to operate it. Do you have the same confusion as well?

Let me show you all the complete process of testing our machines before shipment.

Note:

1. Vacuum function: Usually, we conduct a 24-hour test, but it is not demonstrated here.

2. Above the lid of the stirring pot, there is a glass viewing window. Under vacuum conditions, it is in a closed state. When stirring is permitted in a non-vacuum environment, it can be opened for a clearer view of the interior.

3. In actual production, for safety reasons, we have set up a protection switch inside the machine box. When the pot body is open, the stirring paddle cannot rotate. In this video, we are merely demonstrating the operation by professionals before leaving the factory. It is not recommended that customers operate according to this video.

4. This vacuum planetary mixer is applied to many high-viscosity products, such as lithium battery slurry, dental composite materials, high-fiber coatings, gel, ointment, grease, silicone sealant, etc., and is widely used in the chemical, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.

5. If the equipment is equipped with heating or cooling functions, we will also conduct separate tests. Heating can be achieved through electric heating, steam heating or oil heating. For cooling, the entire machine can be water-cooled or a separate refrigeration machine can be equipped. Diversify the methods. If you are interested, you can contact us for consultation.
