To disperse,emulsify and homogenize slight materials.Widely used in the lab to do the experimentation,produce the model,and develope new product. Suitable for most ingredients, it is used to homogenise and emulsify creams of medium and low viscosity. The special stator and rotor generate strong cutting, milling, beating and turbulence, so that water and oil are emulsified. The granule diameter then achieves a stable condition (120nm-2um) .

Dispersing Emulsifier Working Process
The emulsifier adopts specially designed rotor and stator driven by motor at high speed, the processed material is sucked into the rotor, due to the strong kinetic energy brought by the high frequency mechanical effect produced by the rotor rotating at high speed, so that the material is subjected to strong mechanical and hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, friction of the liquid layer, high-speed collision tear and turbulence under the combined effect of splitting, crushing and dispersing in the precision gap between the stator and rotor, and in a short period of time, the material will be subjected to hundreds of thousands of such shear effect, so that the immiscible material can be evenly and finely emulsified, crushed and dissolved instantly. The material is subjected to hundreds of thousands of times of this shearing effect, so that the immiscible material in an instant uniformly fine to achieve the effect of emulsification, crushing, solution.
