CAR-V-300 Automatic vertical silicone sealant cartridge filling and capping machine is suitable for viscose materials to plastic bottles , equipment automatically feeding bottles and caps, using quantitative cylinder servo motor control, automatic capping, set up spray code connection device (optional), other functions.  With accurate measurement, high degree of automation, reduce personnel, reduce labor intensity, etc.  After repeated design and improvement, has reached the design of humane, easy to operate, good stability and other advantages, more than 20T hydraulic extruder can be used with.

Automatic control, manual addition of bottles and bottom caps, automatic bottle supply/automatic quantitative filling, automatic capping/automatic capping/automatic coding (not including coding machine)/automatic blanking.

The whole machine adopts PLC controller and touch screen, strict precision control and processing technology of each transmission part, the equipment has high stability and fast response.

Adopt positive displacement metering cylinder, servo motor controls quantification. The filling measurement accuracy is high (error 0.5%), touch the screen to adjust the measurement parameters.

Product Description

1. Filling & Capping system: Adopt volumetric measuring cylinder, servo motor control quantitative.  Filling measurement accuracy is high (error 0.5%).  No air comes in during the whole process.

2. Cartridge loading device: Adopt cartridge loader automatic loading the tube on machine.  Silicone stations filling part connect with drum press and equip cartridge pushing and pulling function.

3. Cap loading device: Cap elevator and tunnel to auto load cap. Adopt vibrating bowl automatic loading cap. Air cylinder pushes cap on the tube bottom and then turn tube capping it.

4. Servo control system: Servo motor controlled filling, the whole work process is running stable.
