Fully Automatic RTV Soft Plastic Aluminum Laminated Tube Filling and Sealing Machine – Efficient, Precise, Fully Integrated

Maxwell tube filling machine integrates a high-viscosity extruder with the main filling unit, ensuring smooth handling of RTV sealants and other thick materials. The automatic tube feeding system, combined with downward positioning pressure, guarantees precise placement of each tube. An integrated direction-adjusting mechanism ensures correct tube orientation without manual intervention. The filling station features a high-viscosity dosing system, supported by both internal and external heating to improve material flow and ensure accurate, consistent filling.

After sealing, the machine performs automatic tail trimming for a clean and smooth edge finish. Finished products are delivered via automatic output, enabling a fully continuous process from tube feeding, filling, sealing, to final discharge—all without manual handling. The result is a neat, reliably sealed, high-quality finished product.
