Why choose a bottom homogenizer ?

With a bottom-mounted design, the homogenizing head is positioned at the lowest point of the vessel. Under the influence of gravity, the material flows naturally into the shear zone. For high-viscosity, highly thixotropic pastes, this design is more effective at achieving fine particle sizes than top-mounted homogenizers (typically achieving D90 ≤ 5 microns, or even nanoscale particles).

The cover of the pot is of automatic lifting type, the materials in the water and oil pots can directly enter the emulsifying pot under vacuum through the conveying pipeline, the discharging mode is the emulsifying pot turning type and the bottom valve discharging type, etc.
