Q1: How often should the rotor-stator workhead be replaced?

A: Replacement frequency depends on usage intensity and material abrasiveness. For standard cosmetic cream formulations with daily use (2–3 hours per day), we recommend inspecting the workhead every 6 months and replacing it every 12–18 months. For abrasive materials (pigments, mineral powders), inspect monthly and replace as soon as wear gaps exceed 0.3 mm. We stock all workhead sizes (50/70/90mm) and stator types for immediate shipment.

Q2: The manual lift feels slightly stiff – what should I do?

A: The constant-force lift module is factory-lubricated and should operate smoothly for the first 12 months. If you experience stiffness:

• Check that the guide rails are clean (wipe with a dry cloth)

• Apply a thin layer of lithium grease to the rail surfaces (we provide a small tube with each unit)

• If the issue persists, the lift cable may need tension adjustment – contact our support team for a video-guided procedure

Q3: Can I use the JR-70S for formulations containing fruit acids or essential oils?

A: Yes. For acidic formulations (pH < 4.5) or formulations with terpenes/essential oils, we strongly recommend upgrading from SUS304 to SS316L stainless steel for all wetted parts, and from standard NBR seals to FKM (fluoroelastomer) seals. This upgrade is available as a non-standard customization – simply specify your formulation type when ordering.

Q4: What voltage options are available for export?

A: The JR-70S can be configured for:

• 220–240V / 50Hz (Standard – Europe, Asia, Australia, UK)

• 110–120V / 60Hz (US, Canada, Japan, Taiwan)

• 380V / 50Hz (3-phase – industrial labs)

• Custom – Any voltage/frequency combination upon request (minimum order applies)

Please specify your local plug type (Schuko, UK 3-pin, US NEMA, etc.) so we can supply a ready-to-plug unit.

Q5: What is the warranty period?

A: We provide a 12-month warranty from the date of shipment, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear-and-tear consumables (rotors, stators, seals, bearings)

• Damage caused by improper cleaning, electrical surges, or operation outside specified parameters

• Damage from abrasive or corrosive materials without appropriate material upgrades

We keep a complete history of all units sold – warranty claims can be processed with the serial number and original purchase date.

A: Yes. We provide:
